Outlets Rewards Program Rules

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

These rules apply to the Outlets Rewards Program on outlets.cam.
By participating, you agree to these rules.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have one valid Outlets customer account.

2. Earning Spins

• One approved new-customer referral earns 1 spin.
• One eligible paid order earns 5 spins.
• One free daily spin may be available.

Spins awarded from cancelled, refunded, disputed, reversed, or charged-back orders may be removed.

3. Coupon Rewards

Each completed spin provides a coupon or free-shipping reward for a future eligible order.
Coupons are normally valid for 7 days, limited to one use, non-transferable,
non-stackable, and have no cash value.

4. Guaranteed Milestone Rewards

A customer who completes 99 valid lifetime spins may claim one eligible pair
of shoes with a retail value of up to $150.

A customer who completes 299 valid lifetime spins may claim one eligible
smartphone with a retail value of up to $800.

Each milestone reward is limited to one per person, account, household,
shipping address, and payment identity.

5. Verification

Milestone rewards are not shipped automatically. Claims are subject to
account, payment, refund, referral, identity, address, and fraud verification.

6. Fraud and Abuse

Duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake accounts, automated registrations,
false information, referral manipulation, and attempts to exploit the rewards
system are prohibited.

Outlets may remove spins, cancel coupons, reject claims, or suspend accounts
when fraud or abuse is identified.
